amazing location and clean room

private toilet central location helpful staff friendly staff

i loved that the staff transferred me to a private toilet instead of the shared one. the location is central sightseeing tour buses start and end nearby. shopping areas are also plentiful. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly .

the elevator felt small it barely fit two people inside if more got in it was like it might get stuck.

Central Hotel with a Great Location

prime location helpful staff

The hotel's location near Placa de Catalunya was fantastic, with access to many shops and restaurants. Transportation was very convenient with the metro and airport shuttle bus just steps away. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who could communicate effectively in multiple languages.

I found the noise insulation to be poor, as I could easily hear sounds from the hallway and other rooms, disruptive. The thin walls allowed noise to travel easily and impacted my ability to rest properly.

This location is prime. Public transport is so close! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm grateful. The room was clean, with a nice bathroom. A simple pleasure!

The location was great. many attractions were within walking distance and the metro was very close. Taxis were easy to find. i felt safe, even with warnings about pickpockets, because i took precautions. the check-in and check-out staff were friendly. they provided helpful directions.

the inner room i stayed in lacked any outside view, slightly disappointing.

Fantastic Stay Right in the Heart of the Action!

great location friendly staff clean bathrooms secure feeling

The location is unbeatable. Many attractions are within easy walking distance! The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with directions and recommendations. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean. This adds immense value! I felt secure with my belongings.

The elevator was quite small. It only accommodated a couple of people at a time. This made it occasionally necessary to wait, but it was only a minor inconvenience.
